More than a yoga retreat, it will be a regenerating experience, an enchanted interlude that will allow you to reconnect with your body, free your mind and your emotions in order to allow you to let go and melt into a benevolent atmosphere, a sanctuary of tranquility and gentleness.

I invite you to create this bubble of time for yourself, to create this space within yourself to make room for renewal, for metamorphosis.

Organizing a retreat in the southwest in Hossegor is very close to my heart

To be able to offer you this oceanic atmosphere, to make you discover this vibrant nature and to become one with the elements.

I invite you to let yourself be carried away for 5 days, with an open, peaceful and curious mind in a place that calls for serenity, calm, relaxation and introspection.

We will practice Yoga twice a day, and we will also have plenty of time to walk or cycle, surf, read, relax on the beach and/or around the pool and more.

It is an invitation to disconnect, share, discover, and let go. I will guide you through different Yoga practices, dynamic and gentler, but also through deep and sound relaxation sessions, self-massage and breathing techniques, thematic workshops (philosophy/spirituality/anatomy/fundamentals)

You will leave with a routine to implement in your daily life if you wish and with a better understanding of Yoga in its entirety.

Don't forget that this Yoga retreat is your "own" time and you will decide the pace you want to give it according to your desires, your shape, your needs, your emotions.

Caroline

Caroline first encountered yoga over 10 years ago in Malawi, Africa, where she was living with her family. It was then in the Philippines that she practiced other forms of yoga with different teachers, and her simple curiosity transformed into a deep need to practice and discover the philosophy of this art.

Back in France, she decided to deepen and validate her knowledge and practice of yoga by completing intensive teacher training.

Caroline has been a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher since 2017. She completed her training at the Ashtanga Yoga Paris school with Gérald Disse and Linda Munro.

She offers energizing Vinyasa Flow classes incorporating influences from Ashtanga, Bikram and Yin Yoga.

Her classes are quite dynamic, varied and challenging but completely adaptable to beginners - I like to integrate a Yin part into my classes to bring the emphasis on letting go, depth and relaxation.

Her style of yoga is very intuitive. She practices in the Nice region.

During his classes, he is keen to help his students connect with their bodies, their breathing and above all to feel and observe, always with kindness and gratitude.

She continues to train, nourish herself, learn, observe, create...we are eternal beginners and the path of Yoga is infinite...

  • 3 p.m.: Arrival of participants & installation
  • 4:00 p.m.: Opening circle, getting to know each other, intentions for this retreat, intuitive writing
  • 5:00 p.m.: Yoga practice with a theme
  • 7:00 p.m.: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:30 p.m.: Sunset on the beach (optional)
  • 8:30 a.m.: Pre-practice snack
  • 9:00 a.m.: Yoga practice with thematic workshop
  • 11:30 a.m.: Vegetarian Brunch
  • 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Free time (access to swimming pool, sauna, spa, beach, surfing, cycling, etc.)
  • 5:00 p.m.: Yoga practice & deep relaxation
  • 7:00 p.m.: Vegetarian dinner

  • 8:30 a.m.: Pre-practice snack
