Why this retreat?

How about a break just steps from the ocean to reconnect with the elements?

It is in this idyllic setting of the Landes, in this place dedicated to the practice of yoga, that we invite you to come and recharge your batteries and fill up on positive vibes.

Come and soak up the energy of spring , the power of the ocean , and grounding yourself during yoga sessions ranging from Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga by the gentle Sandra to Vinyasa yoga and Paddle Yoga by the dynamic Anna (on the Beach if the weather permits)

As you will have understood, during these 3 days there will be a "time for everything" in a search for presence in the body, emotions and thoughts, for a more just alignment.

You will be able to land, without worrying about your daily tasks, let go and explore your interiority, settle into this physical and temporal space, let yourself be carried away without having to manage anything. But also, taste the breath of life that sweeps the Landes coast, which invigorates and awakens from winter, and feel the prana that regenerates your whole being, and increases your vital energy tenfold.

Finally, you will also have time for yourself, to stroll, discover the surroundings, walk on the beach, enjoy the spa, have a massage, treat yourself to an energy treatment session. 3 days and 2 nights, in kindness, peace and respect for others, in activity but also the sweetness of moments of sharing.

Sandra & Anna

SANDRA

Passionate about yoga, Sandra trained in Aligned Vinyasa (200h RYS) and Yin Yoga (50h RYS). Her personal journey has led her to share her practice through dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, always with a caring approach and attentive to each individual's needs. She advocates an accessible yoga, anchored in the present moment and respectful of the body. Sensitive to energy work, she also offers Reiki treatments (Level 2) upon request. Her friendship with Anna, born on the mats, translates into a beautiful complementarity in their teaching.

ANNA

Immersed in spirituality since childhood in India, Anna has traveled the world, developing her passion for yoga and board sports. A stuntwoman for the cinema, she discovered SUP Yoga in Canada and trained with Sarah Hebert before obtaining her certifications in Aligned Vinyasa (200h RYS) and Hatha (50h RYS). Her teaching aims to reconnect with oneself and nature, promoting the union between body, mind, and elements. Whether on the water or on land, she invites you to fully experience the moment and the magic of life.

  • 4 p.m.: Arrival of participants
  • 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Welcome tea/herbal tea, Installation, spa & relaxation
  • 6:00 p.m.: Gentle Hatha flow practice and short meditation
  • 7:45 p.m.: Vegetarian and gourmet dinner
  • 9:00 p.m.: Discussions and chats
  • 8:30 a.m.: Sunrise flow (dynamic practice)
  • 9:30 a.m.: Snack
  • 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Time for yourself (spa, relaxation, etc.)
  • 12:30 p.m.: Vegetarian and gourmet lunch
  • 1:30 p.m.: Digestive walk, beach, reading...
  • 3:30 p.m.: Optional Paddle Yoga subject to weather conditions
  • 6:00 p.m.: Gentle practice, relaxation and yoga Nidra
  • 7:30 p.m.: Vegetarian and gourmet dinner
  • 9:00 p.m.: Evening chat over herbal tea
  • 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.: Sunrise flow (dynamic practice)
  • 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Time for yourself (walk, spa, etc.)
  • 12:30 p.m.: Vegetarian and gourmet lunch
  • 2 p.m.: Closing Circle
  • 4:30 p.m.: Departures of participants
