Gourmet and Healthy Donuts Recipe
Please note: you need a suitable donut mold! To obtain the correct donut shape.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 80g of vegetable milk
- 50g coconut oil
- 50g buckwheat flour
- 100g rice/chestnut flour (or other GF)
- 1 level tbsp of bicarbonate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 level tbsp cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in order and pour into the donut mold. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Once cooked, let cool then dip in the melted chocolate. Add the toppings of your choice.
