More than a yoga retreat, this will be a regenerating experience, an enchanted interlude that will enable you to reconnect with your body, free your mind and emotions and allow you to let go and melt into a caring atmosphere, a sanctuary of tranquility and gentleness.

I invite you to create this bubble of time for yourself, to create this space within yourself to make way for renewal, for metamorphosis.

Organizing a retreat in Hossegor in the south-west of France is very close to my heart

To be able to offer you this oceanic atmosphere, to let you discover this vibrant nature and become one with the elements.

I invite you to let yourself be carried away for 5 days, with an open, peaceful and curious mind, in a place that calls for serenity, calm, relaxation and introspection.

We'll be practicing yoga 2 times a day, with plenty of time for walking, cycling, surfing, reading, relaxing on the beach and/or around the pool, and much more besides.

It's an invitation to disconnect, share, discover and let go. I'll guide you through a variety of yoga practices, both dynamic and more gentle, as well as deep and sound relaxation sessions, self-massage and breathing techniques, and thematic workshops (philosophy/spirituality/anatomy/fundamentals)

You'll leave with a routine you can implement in your daily life, if you wish, and a better understanding of yoga as a whole.

Don't forget that this yoga retreat is your "own" moment, and you'll decide the pace you want to give it, according to your desires, your shape, your needs and your emotions.

Caroline

Caroline's first encounter with yoga took place over 10 years ago in Malawi, Africa, where she lived with her family. It was then in the Philippines that she practiced other forms of yoga with different teachers, and her simple curiosity turned into a deep need to practice and discover the philosophy of this art.

On her return to France, she decided to deepen and validate her knowledge and practice of yoga by completing an intensive teacher training course.

Caroline has been a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher since 2017. She trained at the Ashtanga Yoga Paris school with Gérald Disse and Linda Munro.

She offers energizing Vinyasa Flow classes incorporating influences from Ashtanga, Bikram and Yin Yoga.

Her classes are quite dynamic, varied and challenging, but quite adaptable for beginners - I like to incorporate a Yin component into my classes to bring the emphasis on letting go, depth and relaxation.

Her style of yoga is very intuitive. She works in the Nice area.

During her classes, she focuses on helping her students to connect with their bodies, their breathing and, above all, to feel and observe, always with kindness and gratitude.

She continues to train, nurture, learn, observe and create....we're eternal beginners, and the path of yoga is infinite...
