Four days in the heart of the Landes forest, just ten minutes from the ocean, to recharge your batteries and face the summer with serenity.

You'll practice an integral yoga open to all levels and adapted to our modern lives. A global method inherited from Iyengar* and Green Yoga®* teaching that preserves classical tradition and alignment while integrating fluidity.

What is Iyengar yoga?

Iyengar yoga emphasizes precise physical alignment of the body in carefully planned and detailed sequences of postures to develop a safe practice. BKS Iyengar was instrumental in introducing and clarifying yoga in the West. He perfected the use of supports in practice and greatly developed the therapeutic approach to yoga, from which many modern currents today draw their inspiration.

What is Green Yoga?

*The Green Yoga®* I teach is a method founded by Céline Miconnet, which combines the postural alignment of Iyengar yoga, flexibility through Vinyasa practices (in flow) and mindfulness through meditation. Finding the path to balance is the foundation of Green Yoga® practice, enabling us to reconnect and recharge our batteries while respecting ourselves and the environment.


A practitioner for over 20 years and a certified teacher of the French Federation of Green Yoga, Charlotte teaches a yoga of balance that respects the rhythms of body, mind and environment. Her training and personal path have led her to take an interest in nutrition, healthy living and emotional management, areas that are complementary and essential to her practice. She continues to learn and train on an ongoing basis.

A graduate and teacher of pre- and post-natal yoga, she has also been interested for many years in the benefits of yoga in the accompaniment of chronic pathologies and is currently pursuing a complete training in yoga therapy (long illnesses, stress management, osteoarticular pathologies, autoimmune diseases, women's and men's health throughout life... etc). Her research and experience have given her the keys to teaching yoga in a safe, respectful and caring way. A holistic approach combining asana practice, pranayama, meditation, chanting, sound therapy and energetic sensing. All in a joyful, fun-filled atmosphere!

  • 8.30am - 9am: Panayama, Kriyas & meditation
  • 9am - 10am: Breakfast
  • 10:30am - 12pm: Postural alignment
  • 12:30 pm: Vegetarian lunch
  • 2pm - 4pm: Free access to pool, Spa, relaxation
  • 4:30 - 6:30 pm: Yoga & energy and Slow Yoga, Yin
  • 7:30 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8.30am - 9am: Pranayama, Kriyas & Mediation
  • 9:30am - 10am: Breakfast
  • 10:30am - 12pm: Strengthening
  • 12pm: Vegetarian lunch
  • 2pm - 4pm: Free access to spa, pool, beaches...
  • 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Chants & mantras and gentle practice facing the ocean
  • 7:30 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8.30am - 9am: Pranayamas, Kriyas & Mediation
  • 9am - 10am: Breakfast
  • 10:30am - 12pm: Vinyasa flow & sun salutations
