How do I register to place my order?
To place your first order, you must create an account by clicking on the "Sign in" button on our home page at the top right ; then insert your email address and click on "create your account". Now let the instructions guide you.

I have just placed my order but I have not yet received any order confirmation by email. What should I do?
First, please insure that you have correctly entered your email address. Your order confirmation is always sent to the email address linked to your customer account, which means, the email address you have registered when creating your customer account.
If this email address is correct, please check that the confirmation email has not been sent to your junk folder.
How can I know if a product is available?
After selecting your size on the product page, the product’s availability status will appear.
Which methods of payments can I use?
You can pay through the paying platform PayPal.
PayPal allows you to pay through your PayPal account or by credit card with no need to create a PayPal account.

I have a discount code. How can I use it?
You can easily use your discount code. Once you have added all your items to your Yoga Searcher shopping cart, you can enter your discount code in your order summary, at the bottom left of the page, in the space provided for this purpose, called "Discount code"; then click “OK”. This promotion will appear in your order summary and will be deducted from the total price of your purchases.
Is sale tax included in the final price?
Taxes are included in all our displayed prices.

How much does the delivery cost?
It depends on product weight and delivery address.

Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over 60 euros (all taxes included) and 150 euros (all taxes included) in Europe.
When will I receive my order?
The receipt of your order depends on picking and shipment tasks.
Picking usually takes about 2 or 3 days; plus the time necessary for shipment. Delivery periods vary depending on destinations:

I have not yet received my parcel, what should I do?
Do not worry; we will make everything that is possible for you to receive your order!
First, please check the status of your shipment with your tracking number.
In the rare case that the carrier informs you that your parcel has been delivered (but you have not received anything), we will contact the transport service and search for your order.
Please inform the customer service immediately by clicking here.
The Item I received is faulty. What should I do?
If you realize that the parcel is faulty upon receipt, please make sure that the carrier has taken cognizance of it and express a reservation with the carrier, then inform us within 24 hours. We will take care of the problem and find a solution. If your parcel has not been hand-delivered, please inform the customer service immediately by clicking here.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange a product you ordered online, please contact our customer service by clicking here. Insofar as your return is granted, a return number will be issued. We will email you a return sheet to print, fill and then join to your parcel, explaining the exact reason of your return and desired solution. Please note that the return shipment of products is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you send return items by registered mail with an insurance that allows you to track your shipment.
