The ideal location
Our center is ideally located just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Landes region, 20 minutes from Biarritz and 35 minutes from Spain.
During your yoga retreat, you'll be immersed in a Bali-inspired setting, especially in our rooms, carefully decorated to transport you into an exotic and soothing atmosphere. While in the heart of the Landes region, you'll experience a true escape, surrounded by refined decor inspired by Indonesia.
At the same time, our center retains all the authenticity of a Landes farm, surrounded by natural landscapes typical of the southwest. Our shalas, open to the greenery, allow you to practice yoga in the midst of nature. You'll also come across our animals - horses, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks - who add a touch of friendliness and life to this peaceful setting.
To complete your yoga retreat, we offer a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, for relaxing moments after your sessions. Balanced vegetarian meals are offered every lunchtime and evening, prolonging your immersion in a healthy and rejuvenating lifestyle.
All the equipment needed to practice is available to students.
